The people who run sites will have to police them, stopping all copyright material from being posted. An impossible task, btw. Anonymous will make sure of that. So that means YouTube, Flickr, Blogspot, etc. won't be able to exist. Facebook will have troubles too.

If you are even suspected of circulating copyright material, your internet can be cut off without trial.

If any material is accused od being copyright, it must be removed. Without trial.

Breaking DRM is illegal, no matter the purpose. That means no ripping CDs, DVDs, nothing.

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;

Clearly this treaty denies your Rights, specifically parts (c) and (d) above, and if pass, constitutes treason.
